Is it safe to use my credit card on the International Design website?
Yes, it is. We use PayPal (a third party company) which handles all transactions. This means that we DO NOT handle account numbers, credit card numbers or any of your payment information. What forms of payment does your website accept?
We accept all of the various payments types accepted via Paypal. Paypal allows you to pay using a variety of methods.

How do I place an order online?
Browse the different Continents and Regions to find which Countries you like. When inside any category, click on a product to get more details and to see more pictures. If you would like to add the product to your shopping cart, select the quantity, size and color you would like and click the “ADD TO CART” button. The item gets added to your cart and you can continue browsing. When you are ready to checkout you can click the Cart in the Upper Right
Once you are inside the shopping cart, follow the instructions on the screen. You can additional shirts into your order by updating the “Qty” section or browsing through the website and pressing “Add to Cart” on any other shirts as well. To complete your order you will be directed out of our site to PayPal’s Secure website where you can pay with a credit/debit card or pay with your PayPal account.

Why I am being directed PayPal to complete my order?
You are directed to PayPal when you press “Confirm Order” in the shopping cart because International Design LLC does NOT handle credit card information. This enables us to ensure secure confidential online transactions. You can pay using your credit/debit card through PayPal without having an account with PayPal.
Can I make an order even if I do not have a PayPal account?
Yes, when you press “Confirm” from the Checkout screen you will be taken to the Secure PayPal screen. If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay directly with your credit/debit card by clicking on “Don’t have a paypal account?” on the right side of the PayPal screen.
If you have a question about the status of your order you can create a customer account at the checkout screen and see your order status in the “My Account” screen. Once your order has shipped we will send you your tracking information.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays, and after 5 pm EST will be processed the next business day. We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, pending credit card verification. Delivery can be expected within 7-10 business days after you have you have placed your order. Can I return or exchange my recently purchased apparel?
