In the past decade we have seen and experienced some of the worst global tragedies; September 11th, the 2004 Indonesian tsunamis, Hurricane Katrina, the 2010 Haitian earthquake & the 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami. Through these difficult times we have seen people from different cultures, backgrounds, viewpoints and religions band together in support of one another.
Why wait for tragedy to reach out to your brothers & sisters? International Design seeks to encourage cultural unity within and among the different cultures of the world, re-emphasize love for all the places we come from, look each other face to face in this small world and embrace one another, not just in the face of adversity, but on a daily basis.
In order to fully realize our potential we aim to embrace and draw strength from our differences and despite those differences be able to work together for a common cause. Through The International Design we will embrace our differences, acknowledge and promote the benefits of diversity, give back to the community and become a Positive Global Movement.
“Cultural differences should not separate us from each other, but rather cultural diversity brings a collective strength that can benefit all of humanity.” -Robert Alan
